I love that the omega 3 algae extract supplement is there. It is free of any animal-derived ingredients and does not taste like fish. It is a pleasant experience to have it.

One of the life saviours as well as the most dangerous product is medicine. Dunno y there is no replace or return policy for these supplements. I bought these supplements for my Mom and it was delivered on Sunday.. hardly 3 doses she taken yet and she found a capsule that was pale in colour while all other capsules were white. What am i supposed to do with those capsules nw!! U wont take them? If u have the policy for not providing a replace or return service.. at least have a policy to check the product and verify it before you send it. She certainly cant take this medicine anymore obviously so its just that m out of a good amount as well as its causes threat to the patient’s health. I am going to write to the manufacturers.

Omega 3 is an important nutrient which is difficult to get in vegetarian diet.It is so important for joint health, brain function, good skin and they are rich in protein also.It is an antioxidant and so anti ageing also.Some members in my family are still rigid about not using fish oil and flax seed oil is an alternative but algae is quite rich in DHA and may have some EPA also.Now they are using one capsule before lunch daily although the recommended dose is two daily and .....definitely there is reduction in joint pain and they are more active.This is a good option for vegetarian but yes keep in mind you may not get enough EPA. But still a good alternative.The capsules are easy to ingest. The packing is good.I recommend.Hope this is helpful to you
