Love the new Cookbook
I was excited to see this new THM cookbook. I’ve gotten very lazy in cooking healthy and was ready for a change. I have to disagree with other reviewers. 1. There are some cross-overs in this book, but she gives options to make them FP, S, or an E for most all of them. 2. Someone complained about the use of Citric acid and it being from mold. I’ve researched this and while some is derived from that, it’s still considered safe. Some say it may affect some peoples allergies, but that isn’t proven. Haven’t you taken Penicillin?I like that she lets you know what THM products you CAN use if you want, but she gives you options to use other things. Another great cookbook, thank you!

Yes, it’s worth the purchase!
I’m really enjoying this cookbook! Some of the reviews here really threw me off when trying to determine if I really needed another cookbook. I’m so glad I took the risk and just ordered it.The recipes I’ve tried thus far have definitely made it worth my investment. My family enjoyed the Chicken fried double rice last night. That saved me from a Chinese take out bill of $60, because let’s face it, had I ordered, it would not have been just rice. Plus the entire family ate healthy, and my veggie hating child (because of texture) managed to eat 3 veggies in one meal; One of them being hidden, and not one of the 3 kids detected that one at all.We also enjoyed the brownie cheesecake on page 284. Absolutely zero guilt or fear of ruining my progress. That’s huge. I’m pretty sure I could take this to a function and nobody would know it’s low carb or sugar free. The consistency/texture is on point as is the taste. Can’t wait to try the low carb carrot cake next 😍

More treats.
I have been using the Trim Healthy Mama plan for almost a year and it has changed my life! I have had such great success and have never been as encouraged by the sisters than with any other health and diet plan. I have their first two cookbooks and I was so excited to pick this one up. Rashida has done a great job tucking so many treats into this cookbook. The buffalo chicken casserole is by far my favorite. Just made the fruit roll ups for my kids and they were a huge hit. I have so many bookmarked pages to still make.

Clever recipes, annoying text
There are some clever, and mostly very easy and quick recipes in this book. Also some interesting new-to-me ingredients. But I am not a fan of the writing style. Long, super-casual, self-congratulatory introductions to every recipe are bad enough in a blog, and don't belong in a cookbook someone paid money for. It's ok to be a young, inexperienced cookbook author, I don't care. Don't try to sell me on every recipe by saying who loved it, who insisted that you add it to the book, or how many of your relatives devoured it at your church potluck. Let your recipes stand on their own merits, which they will. This oversharing, repetitive padding is where most of the typos and punctuation errors occur, and all the little catchphrases, which will be out of date in a few months. Maybe the aunties encouraged these intros, since they wrote even longer ones to their recipes. But they are IRRITATING when I'm just trying to get to the ingredient list on the Kindle version while hurrying to make dinner. Consider limiting the cutesy stories to the preface, chapter introductions, and acknowledgements.

Awesome family friendly recipes
This is a great cookbook for people who want to incorporate real foods into their meals while balancing blood sugars while enjoying all kinds of treats! There are a few substitute ingredients you may need to buy at a natural grocers or online to find what you need. Everything else can be picked up from any regular grocery store. Most recipes are simple and quick to make in under 15 minutes! The ones that require an extra couple of steps are worth it though! Highly highly recommend this cookbook for anyone who wants to keep themselves and their families thriving and healthy!

So much goodness I ordered myself a print copy too
Having my THM books on kindle saves me when I'm out shopping and need a reminder about what I was picking up or when I'm out if town but still want to cook like I do at home without laughing all the books.I do wish all the hyperlinks within the book worked, it is a pain scrolling pages to find what I want but I don't believe that is a "THM" issue but a "kindle" issue.

Good for adding variety but not my favorite in the series
This is a good addition to the THM collection. Not everything is my taste but I've found a few winners including Aunty PearlsMuffins and Company Casserole (I think that was the name). I'd definitely get the other two cookbooks before this one but once you work through those try this book.

I think this one is great!
Love the latest cookbook! I’ve used quite a few recipes. The drinks are my favorite. I also like the soups and the main entrees. Haven’t tried the breakfast ones yet. It’s nice to shake up the routine a bit. My kids have enjoyed the XOs as well.

It is a great cook book but I hate the digital copy. I wish I had the book
