I couldn’t be happier with this adjustable stair handrail! Assembly was refreshingly simple, no head-scratching or tool tantrums required. I purchased it for my 75-year-old mother, and it has made a noticeable difference in her confidence and safety going up and down the stairs. One of the best features is the width adjustability. We have a wider hallway, so she’s able to keep one hand on the rail and the other on the wall for extra balance. That “two-point stability” makes a huge difference, especially on days when her footing feels less certain. It feels sturdy, secure, and thoughtfully designed for real-life use, not just looks. I’m an engineer and this cane for steps is designed I think perfectly. It goes together. Easy is adjustable for any side steps. It is sturdy. I like the way the step rest is built right down to the bottom of the shaft. I think this will make it more stable. I have not used this, but I think it will be absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this item.

May be fine for some. Assembly was difficult due poor quality threading. Returning because felt unstable and unsafe when assembled.

This cane is genuinely a godsend. My dad has Parkinson’s and getting him up the stairs was so stressful until we got this cane. He says he feels more secure, which means his world isn’t limited to a single level. As an extra safety measure we put a gait belt around him for support as we go up and down, but the cane alone is what has made such a huge difference. It’s easily adjustable compared with similar canes. I recommend it 1000%!

This has been very helpful to move up and down stairs that are so wide our reach can’t span both sides . We use it along with 4 portable half steps purchased on Amazon to get into house at front porch. It’s good solution!

Bought for my mom touse after major surgery The idea was great, easy assembly and seemed practical. I tested the cane and it did the job, mom tested and it was good, my son tested it and it snapped. He's 165lbs and used it exactly as we did. Maybe it was defective? Replaced with another one: came it with oil dripping from some of the ends and chemical smell. I'm assuming it was used and returned, probably the same thing happened to the first one that broke. Not happy. Also has a fake sticker that says Support Way with American flags on it but the box is clearly labeled from China.

We have several stairs in our home that don't have handrails nearby, and aging parent seem to find this useful when they visit. I think it could be a bit sturdier, but I'm also guessing that would add weight to it and make it possibly harder to use for them. Overall is worth having around if it helps them!

This product is wonderful! We have a few steps (with uneven step heights) into the house without a railing. My husband had knee surgery and getting up even a few steps was painful and dangerous. This adjustable cane is so helpful. First of all, it is adjustable in both step height and step width and handle height. It is extremely easy to adjust. I'm so glad I ordered this adjustable one! Of course, take caution with someone who is not super stable, as I would not let them use this without supervision. Also, the first cane I received had a small issue. The company sent an email asking if I was satisfied and I mentioned this issue. They resolved it without question and very promptly, which I appreciated so much. I highly recommend this cane and seller!!
