Terrific liquid chrome marker.My J in Jeep on the hood of my car had partially peeled off, so it looked bad. I saw this chrome marker on Amazon, and it looks like the perfect fix for my J.It is!, though it is not perfect…it looks so much better than it did 30 minutes ago. Yay! So easy to use, as well. And the chrome color matches well on my Jeep logo. Yes, it is not as smooth, but I am very pleased.Highly recommend.

This is an excellent set of chrome finish markers. The chrome finish and color is excellent. The chrome is definitely waterproof, and it dries quickly. We used them to paint chrome on a shower drain cover that was missing chrome is some spots (see before and after photos). The chrome has been exposed to hot water daily for weeks, and it’s in perfect shape with no change.

Shiny Finish but Tricky ApplicationI tried out this set of silver chrome paint pens on a few small projects—some toy detailing and accent lines on a craft piece—and the first thing I noticed is how striking the finish looks when it comes out right. The ink is bold, reflective, and really does give a metallic chrome effect that pops against darker surfaces. Having three different nib sizes in the set is handy too, since I could switch between fine detail and filling in slightly larger areas without needing a second product.That said, the performance isn’t always consistent. The pens take a little patience to prime, and sometimes the ink flow is either too heavy (leading to smudges or pooling) or a bit streaky. On slick or non-porous surfaces, I found that the ink smears easily if touched before it’s fully cured, which can take longer than expected. Durability is also something to keep in mind—it looks great initially but doesn’t always hold up to handling or rubbing, so for anything that gets a lot of use, a clear sealant might be necessary.Bottom line: These chrome paint pens can produce a beautiful, mirror-like effect, but they require careful application and aren’t the most durable on their own. Best for craft projects or display items where looks matter more than wear resistance.

This is perfect for when you need to touch up chrome, say on a car model, or to give a realistic appearance to various parts of car models, such as rear view mirrors, side mirrors or when you snip the chromed part from the sprue.It dries fairly quickly, but you can also use a hair dryer or heat gun. Great value for the money, and it gives good coverage.You get 3 different sizes and it's extremely easy to use. Once it's primed, it flows out easily and functions perfectly.Best of all, it beats the price of the name brand product and does just as good a job.5 stars

The Liquid Chrome pen is incredible! It gives a true mirror-like finish that actually reflects light—perfect for models, crafts, or touch-ups. The ink flows smoothly, and the coverage is solid with just one layer. Just make sure the surface is clean and non-porous for the best results. Easily the best chrome effect I’ve found in a pen!

Excellent chrome markers

I used this pen to touch up some chrome pieces on some of my model cars, that had faded over time, which in some cases were built back in the 60’s. The chrome finish from these pens is fantastic and in fact, might be better than the original finish when I bought the kit. Works great on promos, too.I even used it to touch up the chrome trim on the dash of my Nova SS!Very easy to use, too!

Very dissatisfied with this purchase. Looks great WET but dries a dull gray! Next...???+
