Well this was delivered leaking and had dried chemicals on the product box. It was wrapped in plastic so there was nothing on the delivery box. I contacted De'Longhi and, after providing pictures and proof of purchase, they replaced the product immediately. I was seriously doubtful that I would get anywhere with them. I was wrong and very happy with their fast response. Thank you De'Longhi!! 🙂

This product is very good but very pricey. Also, they don’t ship enough of them at a time. For some reason, I can’t get the bottle version of this in my area. Go figure, but it’s California. They have all kinds of silly rules. I definitely would recommend this stuff if you want to keep your machine going.

The product is good, but one box came broken and leaking everywhere. Not being able to replace was not okay. I did not want the money back.

This one works better than the one it came with. I think the one they shipped with the machine is defective. Fails to froth constantly but this one frothy every time. I think they changed the design. Im going to buy another one of these.

Ho acquistato il De'Longhi EcoDecalk Mini dopo che la mia macchina da caffè ha iniziato a segnalare la necessità di decalcificazione. Sono davvero soddisfatto di questo prodotto per diversi motivi: ✅ Facilità d'uso: Le due dosi sono già pronte all'uso da 100ml ciascuna, basta seguire le semplici istruzioni della macchina. Niente complicazioni, niente dosaggi da calcolare. ✅ Efficacia comprovata: Dopo il trattamento, la macchina funziona come nuova! L'erogazione del caffè è tornata regolare, la pressione è perfetta e il sapore del caffè è notevolmente migliorato. Si sente proprio la differenza. ✅ Formula ecologica: Molto importante per me: è realizzato con ingredienti di origine vegetale, meno aggressivo di altri decalcificanti chimici ma ugualmente efficace. Rispetta sia la macchina che l'ambiente. ​ ✅ Prodotto originale De'Longhi: Essendo il decalcificante raccomandato dalla casa madre, si ha la garanzia che non danneggi i componenti interni della macchina. Meglio non rischiare con prodotti generici. ​ ✅ Rapporto qualità-prezzo: Le due dosi permettono due cicli completi di decalcificazione. Considerando che la decalcificazione va fatta ogni 2-3 mesi (dipende dall'uso), una confezione dura diversi mesi. Come l'ho usato: Ho seguito il programma automatico della mia De'Longhi Magnifica: versato una dose nel serbatoio dell'acqua, avviato il ciclo e dopo circa 30 minuti la macchina era pulita e pronta. Suggerimento: Non aspettate che la macchina segnali l'urgenza! Una decalcificazione regolare prolunga la vita della macchina e garantisce sempre un caffè perfetto. Conclusione: Prodotto essenziale per chi possiede una macchina da caffè De'Longhi. Funziona perfettamente, è facile da usare e mantiene la macchina in salute.
